What to Expect?

How long is the session?

Our sessions last around 30-45 minutes. We try to keep it short, but long enough for you to really get into it.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! All our sessions are suitable for complete beginners, as well as for people with some meditation experience.

How does the class go?

You will be guided through a series of exercises to help you experience the true state of meditation, and we will also briefly talk about key aspects of our subtle system.

Each class has a theme and is complementary to the previous one, although you can join at any point. We build on the experience each time, so your meditation will only get better! 

What are the benefits?

When done properly, this meditation gives you a great joyful and calm feeling, and yet it makes you more dynamic as it leaves you feeling fresh and full of positive energy. Even more importantly, this meditation enables you to connect with your deepest true self, opening up a whole new dimension of your spirituality.
